Pillars of Joy

These guided meditations are taken from a session based on The Book Of Joy, by the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, with Douglas Abrams - a book we strongly recommend to you. They identify eight 'Pillars of Joy': Perspective, Humility, Humour, Acceptance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Compassion and Generosity. There are short meditations here on many of these, and a meditation which brings them all together. We hope you find these helpful - they are of course free to listen and download.
