Centre for Mindful Life Enhancement

Update 23 May 2020

The Centre now runs online mindfulness sessions using Zoom. The sessions last an hour and include meditations, mindful movement and breakouts. They take place on Tuesdays at 1300 and Thursdays at 1800. For more details please get in touch below. We have also made freely available meditations from these sessions.
